At a time when the real estate market is suffering, Bree Noble of Platinum Capital is still able to accommodate her clients by finding them the best loan so that they can make the investment today that will benefit them greatly in the future. Teaming up with P.J. Murphy, a 25-year veteran loan officer, Noble said Murphy is both her partner and her mentor. The two of them have worked together for five years and their combination of experience,personal relationships and appreciation of the South Bay has allowed them to be one of the more successful partnerships at Platinum Capitol.

Noble said she predicts the market will turn around slowly in the next year. “I think the market will turn and we are going to start to see prices go up. That is why now is probably the best time to buy, especially if you are going to hold on to it long term,” she said. “The South Bay has always been a great investment, this area is so unique and it has so much to offer. I grew up here and my father grew up here so my family has seen the progress of the South Bay and it is a place I truly believe is one of the best places to live and invest in.”

Noble, who started in the business while still attending college, said she fell in love with it from the very beginning. “All my family works for Aerospace and I knew I didn’t want to do that. I have always been creative and I wanted a career where I could meet people and I wasn’t confined to a cubicle,” she said. “When I got my real estate license and started working in this business, I knew I found what I loved. Besides the relationships I develop, I also have a passion for the architecture and aesthetics of this business. Every day is different and I am so lucky that I get to work where I live. When I was a kid, I used to go to the beach every day and now as an adult I get to work by the beach, and I love it.”
